about

With Playgrounds, EKS.CENTER went back on the path of its past, not without nostalgia, a time of discovery and airiness in this rich and changing period of the first half of the 80s. An autobiographical album recounting the memory of a wonderful past, wandering on the playgrounds of a dreamy childhood.

For this album, logical continuation of Mobile Colors, EKS.CENTER’s music is more melodic, more intense, more emotional, where transcendent analog strings cross electronic sounds of vintage video games, supported by powerful deconstructed rhythms. 7 sophisticated IDM music tracks that will immerse the listener deep into the universe of EKS.CENTER for travel between past and present.
